Government’s peace efforts are inadequate; we have no optimism about the reconciliation campaign. Peace would not come about; nor does it have any concrete benefit.

In my opinion, peace in Afghanistan is like a white dove in a dark sky. The need for peace is clear but years after it was launched, the drive has yielded no significant result. Violence is escalating with each passing day. Instead of seeing peace, we are witness to bomb blasts.
